Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

For same-day delivery, please place orders before 12 noon; orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available date.

Macaron Cakes, Macaron Garden Cakes, and custom orders require a minimum of two days’ advance notice.

Minimum order applies to boxes of 3 macarons, with a minimum order of two boxes per order.

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may be updated occasionally.

Our Products

Parslee.co creations are individually handcrafted, so you may notice slight variations in colour or design. These variations are part of the artisanal nature of our products which makes your order truly unique.

We use fresh flowers to decorate our Macaron Garden Cakes, and flower decoration designs may vary depending on availability. Decorative flowers are not edible unless otherwise stated.

We recommend enjoying or gifting our Macaron Garden Cakes soon after receipt, as the flowers are arranged without water or floral foam.

To enjoy your macarons at their best, please refrigerate them upon receipt and consume within the recommended timeframe.

We cannot guarantee product quality if items are not stored properly after collection or delivery.

 

Delivery

We offer delivery within selected areas, and charges depend on location – these will be confirmed when you place your order.

Delivery times are estimates, and while we strive to be punctual, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the order. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or absence of recipient, additional charges may apply.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

As our products are perishable, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after delivery or collection.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please inform us within two hours of receiving the order and share a photo of the item. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date. Same-day orders are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

Corporate and Event Orders

For large orders such as Macaron Towers, corporate events, or brand collaborations, a deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

Parslee.co reserves the right to decline custom requests that are not feasible within our production capacity or may compromise product quality.

Allergens

Our treats may contain nuts, eggs, dairy, or gluten. Customers with food allergies are advised to exercise caution before purchasing. Parslee.co cannot be responsible for allergic reactions.

Limitation of Responsibility

Parslee.co is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or for damage occurring after the product has been received.

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased product.
